message is rendered without text initially

had a weird bug this morning in eleweb where an edited message was rendered with no text (in an e2ee room). I had the timeline open as it came down sync, but when reopening the timeline, it was rendered correctly.

The quote is a first message, then a second message (that was edited), then a third. The second message appeared without `(edited)` nor any text, bringing it's height to just the padding and if I didn't look carefully it would have just looked as if there were only 2 messages, not 3.
