I would like to be able to look at the room list and see in which DMs the other side has read the most recent message.

If they've read the most recent message, their lil' head appears on the right.
#### Describe alternatives you've considered.
WhatsApp-style, which shows if all members have read. More thorough, but needs extra icons.
