Encryption Backup Issue - loss of data

### Description
I do not have access to a message I sent, even though I backed up my encryption keys.

I believe the problem is the messages are not restored after the backup is reset, so that has to be done manually. But maybe I'm wrong...

I tested a few times and to me it seemed to be that...

### Steps to reproduce

- login for the very first time
- set up encryption backup with passphrase
- send a message
- reset encryption backup
- logout
- login again
- the message is not accessible

Logs being sent: no
