Manage integrations missing / no option to restore Scalar

### Description

I have no manage integrations option anywhere. I think this is because I have been previously using non-Scalar integration manager. I need to use Scalar to unbridge channels from freenode, if I understand correctly.

- Use non-scalar integration manager?
- Spend some time?
- There is no option to return to Scalar or even choose integration manager?

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

I expect to see manage integrations either in some section of the sidebar with mentions and things or either in room settings, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Logs being sent: no, I don't know where to see them or if they would contain anything about this.

I cannot include a screenshot as I don't know where I should see the integration manager.
