Description
This feels like a typical room set up process (create, invite a couple admins, admins do things):
The "created and configured room" is really nice for hiding some details of what happened - we could probably meld powerlevel changes into the MELS for "TravisR was invited and given Admin" (particularly during this early room set up). The server ACLs and alt alias changes could also probably be collapsed into "HumanName configured the room".
