Call button should confirm action before starting a call

The call button is so very close to the search button in element web:


Which isn't in itself a problem, but it does mean that if I misclick then the other user(s) are immediately sent a call notification without any confirmation. This nearly happened today when I was trying to search for some detail in a persons DM and almost called them. I believe that either there should be some delay before a call is made allowing a user to quickly cancel, or a second prompt to confirm the action.
