Dont reorder the room list when set to activity sorting on changing displayname

When you change your displayname it reorders all rooms which causes the list to be useless for a few minutes as it doesnt reflect actual useful activity anymore. Aka I dont care about my own name change as obviously I initiated it.

The room list shouldnt reorder when set to activity and you do a rename
