Autoscrolling for multi-line composer entry is broken in latest build

Element version: 1.7.25
olm version: 3.2.1

Autoscrolling on text entry following new line doesn't work. Scrollbar slides up to indicate that the new line has been entered, but the view itself does not scroll down to the new line. This worked in the last build.

Reproduce the issue in Element 1.7.25 by entering multiple lines in the composer and observe the scrollbar and viewport after a newline. Trace the composer’s scrolling behavior and compare it with the last build; done means the view follows the newly entered line while typing.
