Searching encrypted chats on web

Since we can not use Jitsi Screen Sharing from the Electron App I was thinking of PWA as an alternative and the main thing missing there is searching encrypted messages.

What are the plans for this?
Is it possible to enable somehow even though it will hurt security?
I understood deleted messages might also be affected from this or is this solved already?

This would be nice to have as a config in general, done people would like to search their encrypted messages on web as well, should definitely not be a default but would be nice as a possibility
