Rarely a DM room is missing from the room list and search, but shows up in Breadcrumbs

### Description

We have at least two people (including me) reporting that 1-on-1 rooms with a specific person (daenney) are not showing up in the room list nor search.

### Specific steps (not sure if reproducible)

1. I got invited by daenney,
2. I accepted on Element Android.

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

Even a day later, Element Web Staging doesn't show this room.
