Description

### Description

I made a DNS entry change in our DNS server. After making the change, Element reports "Cannot reach homeserver
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, or get in touch with the server admin" for only one client. After reverting the DNS entry, the error message continues to display for only one client. All other clients, approximately fifteen, work without issue.

### Steps to reproduce

- Changed homeserver DNS entry to forwarding URL
- Attempted to log in using Element and received the error message "Cannot reach homeserver
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, or get in touch with the server admin"

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

- Expected to log in but receive error message.
- Additionally, if I clear my homeserver and select "matrix.org", I still receive an error stating that I need to specify a homeserver.
- I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled
- I have flushed local DNS
- I have flushed domain DNS server
- I have rebooted the Matrix server
- I have reboot the desktop

- I am unable to submit logs as I am unable to login to access my account settings.
