Graphical glitches when looking at an event that contains a video
### Steps to reproduce
Scroll past said video, stuff breaks. Once I've scrolled up or down to where it's out of vision it works fine again
I did send a rageshake
### Version information
For the desktop app:
- **OS**: Kubuntu 20.04?
- **Version**: element desktop (whatever is latest in the matrix.org repo)
