Description

### Description

I received some messages that the web application says it is unable to decrypt (see image below). I can read those same messages on my mobile app without issue. I've clicked "Re-request encryption keys" with no discernable change, but I don't how that's supposed to work.

### Steps to reproduce

Unknown. I've been able to read all messages since.

Log: will send

Research direction

No source file, entry point, or test is named, and the report has no reproducible steps or attached logs. Start by obtaining the web application's logs and comparing the affected messages in the web client with the mobile client's successful decryption; done requires a reproducible case and a verified fix or documented explanation for the missing encryption keys.
