Description

**Is your suggestion related to a problem? Please describe.**
It would be nice to be able to create speed-dial like desktop shortcuts/icons to video/voice call contacts.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
An in app feature to create the desktop shortcuts would be most user friendly.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Manually writing a script to open element and place a video/voice call. It does not appear the element desktop command line options support this.

**Additional context**
Seniors or individuals with disabilities may have difficulty navigating the application even despite accessibility efforts. It would be convenient for those users, and a perk for everyone, if it was possible to create desktop shortcuts to:

1. Open element, preferably to a separate, minimal window.
2. Prompt user if this is a video or audio call (or have separate shortcuts for each)
3. Place call; user has audio and visual feedback the call is taking place.
4. User can hang up in normal fashion or closing window also hangs up (after confirmation prompt).

[It appears this is possible in Skype.](https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/skype/forum/skype_windesk-skype_messms-skype_instamessms/how-do-i-create-a-desktop-shortcut-to-start-a/40d65b6e-728d-47f1-bea4-810f3b2cc54d) [It may be possible in Zoom too.](https://www.hoag.org/documents/Zoom-Telehealth-How-to-create-a-ZOOM-desktop-shortcut.pdf) I haven't tested either but they nevertheless highlight example use cases.
