Double clicking the divider between the room list and the chat area should toggle the expanded/minimized room list view

Every time I start my browser up Element opens with the rooms list panel minimized despite having maximized it previously. (I suspect this is the case for some reason because I have the site zoomed to 133%.)

Having to click and drag to expand it, (then drag it back so it's at the minimum distance) is bothersome. I run Nightly builds of Firefox so this involves frequent updates/restarts during a day, meaning I must correct the issue all the time.

Please make it so double clicking the divider causes the rooms list to expand to the maximized view (at the minimum size). While at it might as well make double clicking the divider to minimize it as well, making it a useful feature for all.
