It's not clear that the e2e key export passphrase is distinct to the key backup passphrase

The description in the Export Room Keys dialogue is too wordy. Without reading it it's too easy to assume the passphrase needed refers to the key backup passphrase. This is 'fine' in the sense that everything works with that assumption, however, it gets confusing if a user configured their key backup with a security key only.

For security, accidentally using the same passphrase as that for the key backup isn't great either.
