Removing messages no longer indicates whether a message is queued for redaction, or already redacted

### Description

When removing a message, there is no longer a visual indicator to show whether the message is queued for redaction, or already redacted.

In previous versions of Riot, messages which were queued for redaction were represented by a grayed out striped bar, instead of a solid striped bar.

### Steps to reproduce

- Remove a message (or multiple, to create a situation where messages are queued for redaction)
- Observe that there is no visual indicator to distinguish between messages which are queued, and those which are already redacted

- This can be demonstrated by queuing up multiple messages for redaction, and then closing Riot immediately
- After opening Riot again, the messages which were shown as 'Deleted' (but only queued for redaction) reappear, since they had not been redacted yet

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

I would expect there to be a visual indicator for messages which have already been redacted, vs. those which are merely queued for redaction. If they all look the same, then it's hard to tell which messages are queued redactions, which will reappear if you close the client.

If a message is shown as deleted, I would expect it to still be deleted if I close and open the client again.
