Hide password reset function on Login-Page per config.json

If the client is pinned to a specific matrix Server which has no Email Configuration and uses for example LDAP Auth, Password Reset function should not be displayed on the Login Dialog. At least it should be possible to deactivate it via config.json

And also an option to hide registration elements when the server has registration disabled?
