Description
This box implies that to discover and be discovered, I (just) need to add an identity server in the box below.

However, having done that (and clicked through the privacy policy) you then see this screen, with an email address, and the word "Share".

It's not clear to me at this point that having added an identity server to be discovered with, i need to do further actions to be discoverable.
To me, "Share" on the internet tends to imply "share via twitter" or "share on facebook" type actions, not "opt-in".
I would suggest one or more of the the following:
1) Add information into the first dialogue that implies that you need to both "add an identity server below" and then "Share your email with that identity server" as the two steps to become discoverable.
But any text there is forgotten by the time you come back (having seen another dialog box, and visited your email client and another webpage to confirm the registration), so isn't that useful.
2) Immediately after adding an identity server, some text or other indication should exist prompting you to complete things by sharing your email address with the identity server, or perhaps a tick box in adding the server that suggests you want to share your email address with the server immediately.
3) When there are no email addresses shared with the identity server, add an extra line above the first email address "You are using an identity server to find others, but you need to share the details to be discoverable yourself"
4) Update the "Share" button text to be "Opt-In" rather than "Share", to reduce the feeling the button is about getting a link to share and more about opting in your email.
