Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?

I would like to be able to show my status according to availability or likelihood to respond

#### Why would you like to do it?

It is important to know whether a team member will respond or not. This would be clearer if a user could indicate their status, beyond online or not. It would also prevent people in the team switching chat off entirely in order to avoid being disturbed.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Add a manually selected status that overrides or complements their online / offline status

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by clarifying which Element clients and status behavior are in scope, including how a manually selected status relates to online or offline presence. Done means users can select an availability or responsiveness status that is shown to teammates and overrides or complements their online status.
