Room creation breaks when a invited user doesn't support channel version

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?

Some random chat room.

2. What do you click?

- Click "Start chat" button
- Invite people
- Write the first message
- Message cannot be send generic error message
- Click multiple times on retry.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

The room creation is successful and I get the message that one person cannot be invited because of an outdated homeserver version.

#### What happened instead?

On the first message send in the room, I get a generic error message that my message could not be send. I pushed multiple times on "retry". It's not working. When I close the dialog, I see that 2 new rooms (one for each "retry", I think) was created and one of the invited persons is missing in both.

When I try to add the missing person, I get the message that the homeserver of the person is too old for the channel version.
