Description
This is a chronic issue
Problem: User search results should prioritise more active users, making it easier to find the right 'Matthew' to invite.
Defect: Finding the right person to DM is hard.
Suggested plan: Do an iteration on invite UX: add spotlight on moble; improve UX around inviting by email or phone number; improve ordering of suggestions perhaps based on the traffic seen from a given account or something?
