Polls wishlist

### Your use case

I couldn't find an issue tracking particular polls (#6255) feature requests but had a couple suggestions, so I made one:

- [ ] emoji support in the input fields, at least the suggestions when starting to type `:`
- [x] auto focus question field when creating a new poll vector-im/element-web#20997
- [ ] tab to skip to next option field vector-im/element-web#19824
- [ ] ability to pin, in particular pinning it to the top like a pinned widget
- [x] reply/thread starting with a poll
- [x] hide results before voting
- [ ] don't hide results before voting
- [x] ability to end poll
- [x] option to (not) hide results until ended
- [ ] more compact layout with "Use a more compact 'Modern' layout"
- [ ] multiple choice and other voting systems (Instant-runoff, STAR, Condorcet) see also element-hq/element-meta#2295
- [ ] images etc as options vector-im/element-web#20829 (and question?)
