Some rooms I want to send read receipts and typing notifications, some I don't.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Allow the user to toggle sending read receipts and sending typing notifications per-room rather than simply on or off for the whole account
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Toggle it as needed, but this is not as convenient as setting it per-room ahead of time.
