Ignore a user in a specific room only

Some rooms have accounts (in particular, bots) that I would like to ignore only in the context of a particular room. For example, there might be a noisy GitHub bot that I don't want to hear from in one room, but I do in another.

Currently, it appears you can only ignore an account in Riot for all rooms, so there doesn't seem to be a way to accomplish ignoring for only one room.
