Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
I would like to make a room silent for some amount of time (30 minutes, 1 hour, ecc..)

#### Why would you like to do it?
I use Element with my colleagues at work, we have a generic room where sometimes it's just "for the LOL".
Some times, I end up being annoyed by all the notifies from that room, but I can't silence the all the notifications from the Desktop Environment cause I don't want to miss an important message in another room.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
A quick shortcut in the room popup settings

Research direction

Start by reviewing the issue and the linked screenshot to clarify the requested room-menu shortcut and supported mute durations. No implementation files, tests, or client entry points are identified; done would require an agreed design and a working timed mute option in the relevant Element client.
