Description
### Your use case
#### What would you like to do?
I would like Element to provide an option to automatically split long outgoing text into multiple messages when the message character limit is reached.
#### Why would you like to do it?
Because users sometimes need to send longer technical explanations, incident reports, configuration snippets, logs, or structured operational updates that exceed the current message character limit. When this happens, the message cannot be sent as written, and the user has to manually split it into smaller parts.
#### How would you like to achieve it?
By adding an option for Element to automatically split a long outgoing message into multiple sequential messages when the character limit is reached. Ideally, Element should show a warning or preview before sending, so the user knows the message will be sent as multiple parts in the same room or thread.
### Have you considered any alternatives?
No. We do not see a practical alternative at the moment. Manually splitting long messages before sending is cumbersome, slows down communication, and can easily introduce mistakes

Research direction
Start by identifying the Element client and the existing outgoing-message character-limit handling. Determine how long technical explanations, logs, and snippets should be split, and whether preview or warning behavior is required. Done means oversized text can be sent as sequential messages in the same room or thread without manual splitting.
