Adding a feature of deafening yourself in group/1 on 1 calls
#### Why would you like to do it?
Most of the time there is no need to leave a call, but also at the same time I need to deafen myself
#### How would you like to achieve it?
Add a button near mute button to deafen (disable incoming sound)
