[Story] Remove support for opening SPA call links.

Description

• As a developer
• I want to stop handling external calls
• So that we focus on the built in room calling feature.

Acceptance criteria

• Element Call no longer suggests opening a call in Element X.
• Tapping on a call.element.io link no longer opens Element X and instead handles the call in the web browser.
• Tapping on an io.element.call:// link no longer opens Element X and instead handles the call in the web browser.
