Basic image cropping before sending

#### What would you like to do?

I would like to crop an image before sending it in chat.

#### Why would you like to do it?

This is a very common messaging workflow. Often I want to quickly remove irrelevant parts of a photo, focus on a specific detail, or adjust framing before sending it.

Right now, if I want to do that, I need to leave Element, open the image in another app, crop it there, save it, return to Element, and attach it again. This adds a lot of friction to a very basic and frequent action.

In practice, this makes sharing images much less convenient than in many other messaging apps, where basic cropping is available directly in the send flow.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

When selecting an image to send, provide a basic crop step before upload/send.

A minimal version would already be very useful:
- crop image before sending
- ideally keep it simple and fast
- no need for a full-featured editor as a first step

If broader media editing is considered too large in scope, basic cropping alone would still solve a very common everyday pain point.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Switch to the Photos/editors, crop there, come back and reattach the result.

I am primarily noticing this pain on iOS / Element X iOS, but this feels like a product-level messaging workflow improvement rather than a platform-specific bug.

If this should be tracked differently for cross-platform planning, that would also make sense.

Start by reviewing the Element X iOS image-selection and send flow described in the issue, then confirm whether the work belongs in the iOS client or needs cross-platform planning. Done means a user can crop an image simply and quickly before upload or sending, without leaving Element; broader media editing is out of scope.
