[Story] See the status in a room

Description

As a user (Bob)
When I am replying to a message sent by Alice in a room
I want to be aware if Alice is not available
So that I know at once that I won’t get a response from her soon or I should seek other ways to solve my problem if Alice will be absent for a longer period of time

As a user (Bob)
When I am planning to mention Alice in my message
I want to be aware if Alice is not available
So that I know why Alice would not respond immediately or I would not mention her at all because she do not want to be distracted at the moment
