Align DM room info views cross-platform and remove profile view for DM rooms

#### What would you like to do?

Currently, Element Web, EX iOS and EX Android implement different UI for the DM room info view. I made an overview of how the DM room info view and the profile view currently look like.

In DM rooms, the profile view is not really necessary. Currently, compared to the DM room info view the only added value of the profile view is the "verify user" button.

#### Why would you like to do it?

UX improvements.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Resolve the following highlighted differences between Element Web, EX iOS and EX Android:

I'm not sure how much of this is already a known issue and if there is already a roadmap to align these views according to the design system.

A huge improvement would be to entirely remove the profile view for DM rooms and move the "verify user" button over to the DM room info view. Currently, it's requires 3 clicks on EX iOS/Android and 4 clicks on Element Web to reach the user verification UI (the profile view is still required for users in a non-DM room).
