Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?

After jumping to a replied message, I want a way to jump back to where I was before.

#### Why would you like to do it?

When I'm reading past unread chats, sometimes there are replies to messages further back. When I jump to the replied message to see more of the context, it is hard to get back to where I was reading.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

I guess a button to return back to last position after jumping to a message. Also, the function could be assigned to the Android back function.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

there is no alternative you just have to spend time finding where you left off

### Additional context

It's a good idea for any matrix client that has the ability to jump to messages (via replies and links)

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how replies and message links jump to older messages, then determine how the prior reading position can be retained and restored, including through the Android back function. Done means a user can return to the position they left after jumping for context.
