Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?

I know, I can manually disable all that *very important* info messages like `changed their profile picture` or `left the room`. But in modern messenger it should be disabled by default.

#### Why would you like to do it?

Element becomes better every day, but for some reason these ugly messages remain. And they often take up a big part of the chat. Someone left, someone came in, someone changed their avatar, someone changed their name... Who cares? This information can only be useful to chat administrators, but not to ordinary users.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

As far as I know, many IRC clients have a feature that allows you to hide join/part messages. Element seems to have such a button as well, but for the sake of future Element users - turn it on by default.
