Currently on EW or EX, if you hit the # key to start autocompleting a room name, it seemingly only searches by room alias. This is very unintuitive; aliases are a room admin feature more than a user feature; as a user i have no idea if a room has one or not. Shouldn't we just search based on room name?

No files or tests are named. Start from the # autocomplete behavior in EW or EX and compare how room aliases and names are searched. Done means rooms without aliases appear when users search by room name, while existing aliased-room behavior remains intact.
