Description
It's not always obvious that @room requires ops in a room, and when you don't have ops it's a bit confusing why Element isn't offering autocomplete for it and why it isn't notifying everyone. I think having e.g. a warning above the composer saying something like "it looks like you're trying to notify the entire room but you don't have the permissions to do that" (or a modal pop up when you hit send) could help.
