Group calls ring feature's PR rejected for Element X

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?

Group calls to be capable to ring, just like 1:1 calls do now, just like it's done for Element iOS.

#### Why would you like to do it?

Three reasons:
-1. It existed in Element and hence it's expected by users to keep existing in Element X.
-2. When you add a bot to the 1:1 groups they are converted automatically into groups and hence 1:1 calls got broken.
-3. Teams often use groups to organize and discuss things. Not in a public facing servers like matrix.org, obviously, but in private setup servers.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

By adding an option to let users enable group calls, just like it was done on Element.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Yep, but there are none, as CallKit and it's alternative on Android doesn't really permit to do anything outside of the app.
