Consider suggesting to enter addresses on room creation

2. Observe you're prompted to set an address for the Space (even, helpfully auto suggesting an address based on Space name)
3. Create a room
4. Observe you're not asked to set an address

Is the above inconsistency strange? Should prompt to enter room addresses when creating rooms? For public rooms only?
