Description

### Description

Currently all the user sees is something like this:
![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1190097/34659131-89865b56-f3f2-11e7-8b82-bbbfc72ece27.png)

Clicking the download button leaves you with a download that failed due to a "server problem" (according to the browser). This only happens on remote media. A message saying something along the lines of "This file is too large for your homeserver" would help (alongside removing the download button).
