Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

The Delight team is currently looking at ways to increase the new users journey. In order to make educated decisions this needs to be backed by data.
By increasing the opt-in rate for that segment of users we will be able to make more informed choices

**Describe the solution you'd like**

I would like to understand whether we can add more ways to opt-in analytics further up the registration flow to ensure we capture events regarding new users.

**Additional context**

It's important to note that we can not accumulate any events before the user has opted-in at the exception of the "registration" event that we will remember for the session and dispatch if the user opts-in.

Research direction

No files, tests, or code entry points are identified. Start by locating the registration flow and analytics opt-in handling across the Element clients, then clarify which earlier opt-in points and event behavior are required before judging the work complete.
