Description
### Your use case
#### What would you like to do?
On polls, display for each choice who voted (not just the number of votes)
#### Why would you like to do it?
I need to know who voted for what because I will then negotiate with individuals to reach a consensus, or manage hurt feelings. Common use cases : finding a date/time for a meeting, choosing between different strategies, deciding where to go eat lunch (lunch feelings can be hurt)
#### How would you like to achieve it?
Suggested approx UX : (grey box is a tooltip on hover)

Research direction
No file, test, or client entry point is named. Start with the screenshot and the poll display request, then locate the existing poll choice and vote-count UI; done means each choice shows who voted, matching the proposed UX.
