Remove the "add another emoji" button to the reactions on a message in favor of the emoji picker that comes up when you long press a message

I think it would be best for the "add another emoji" button
to be removed.

#### Why would you like to do it?

For the sake of UX consistency. Currently emojis are added through a long press, but then tapping that button is a second method, and the way that the user interracts with it isn't the same either (the full drawer pops up instead of just the quick picker).

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Remove it in favor of the long press variant

Start at the message reaction UI and compare the “add another emoji” button with the emoji picker opened by long-pressing a message. Done means the extra button is removed and long-press remains the available way to add reactions, with the existing reaction behavior still working.
