Allow different choices for emojis in the quick select part of the emoji reaction picker

I would like to have different emojis shown on the emoji reaction picker without needing to go into the full emoji picker.

I have no use for almost all of the emojis in the default selection, and I would like to have diffrent ones to choose from.

I can think of two options:
1. Allow the user to choose their own defaults (I favor this one)
2. Have it reflect the most frequently, or recently used emojis

I am specifically referring to this selection that pops up when you long press a message.
