Description
Message Bubbles were introduced a couple of months ago. I suggest making them the standard setting for new users since the Bubble Layout is the one where most people coming from WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal,... are used to.
Modern/IRC Layout is more for power users. They know how to change the layout.
