Support summary/details tags

I would like Element to support the summary/details tags.

#### Why would you like to do it?

Some users and multiple bots such as Maubot version bot or Draupnir use details/summary to make longer texts easier to access on mobile without it covering multiple screenfulls.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

The same as on web browsers, e.g. the previous link.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

I cannot think of any alternatives.

### Additional context

I am seeing the issue on:

- Element iOS
- Element Android
- ElementX iOS
- ElementX Android

I haven't tested Element Web, but would like to see support there should I use it.

Start with the linked MDN documentation for the HTML details and summary elements, then inspect how Element iOS, Element Android, ElementX iOS, ElementX Android, and Element Web handle incoming formatted text. Done means messages using these tags render with browser-like expandable and collapsed sections across the supported clients.
