Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?

When I open list of files in channel there is no way to search for file name or type.

#### Why would you like to do it?

It's way more convenient that scroll through them, especially in big channels.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

I would add a search bar to search through file names. And maybe categorization, like "Images" or "Documents", etc.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Instead of adding search bar we could add filters in messages like suggested in #1156.

Research direction

No implementation files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by identifying the Element client and channel file-list UI responsible for displaying files, then review existing search or filtering patterns; done means an agreed search experience for file names or types is implemented and verified in the relevant client tests.
