Clicking on a user ID unexpectedly takes you to their user profile page rather than a DM with them.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a matrix ID into a room
2. Click on it
3. Intuitively, i'd expect to go straight to my DM with that person (if it exists).
4. Instead, i get taken to the "Welcome to Element" page with their MemberInfo open. There's no links to DMs with them, although there is a "Message" button hidden under... "Options", which sounds like it's going to start a new DM with them rather than open an existing DM with them.
5. Feel disoriented and confused.

#### What did you expect?

Ideally i'd just go to the DM with the user, and failing that show the MemberInfo so i can either start a DM or pick from multiple rooms.

#### What happened instead?

MemberInfo doesn't show me what rooms I have with the person, making it feel like i have to start a new DM.
