### Description

In quite a few rooms, there are bots which periodically report changes, such as CI bots. These typically include links to pages with more details, but those pages typically do not have any relevant visual information in their metadata, and so the screen fills up with useless preview boxes:

I would propose to __special-case notices__ so that their preview boxes are reduced in size/clutter:

This would significantly reduce (the impression of) bot spam, without affecting previews for messages from humans.
