- \[x\] Add support for emitting posthog events, passing the account data `im.vector.web.analytics_id` as the unique ID
- Prompt all users to opt-in to new tracking scheme using `pseudonymousAnalyticsOptIn` and `showPseudonymousAnalyticsPrompt` account data flags
