I can not import my element-keys.txt file

Description
I have just been logged out of my element and unfortunately I was also logged out from my other device. Now I'm trying to restore everything but I can not use the element-keys.txt file because I can not import it, I can only paste it in somewhere but that doesn't help. Please help
